Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Canalyzer, Wireshark, and Python is required.
• Undestanding EV charging standards: ISO15118, IEC61851, OCPP
• Broad understanding of testing methodologies is sufficient, but experience with physical vehicle and charger testing, as well as rig tests, is valuable.

Testing Focus:

• Priority on testing EV charging with vehicles and EV chargers.
• Emphasis on physical testing over virtual testing.

Project Management:

• Ability to manage projects, such as testing and test development projects.
• Ability to manage stakeholders is important.

Innovation and Development:

• Experience in developing new test methods or strategies is important.
• Preference for candidates with an innovative mindset who learn new technologies and tools quickly.

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Initially focused on delivering value; mentoring and training responsibilities will develop as the organization grows.
• Valued leadership qualities include flexibility, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills to engage team members.

Organizational Impact:

• Candidates should demonstrate their ability to influence and create value within the organization.
• Expected to contribute to the broader organizational strategy and initiatives, supporting the development of the young and evolving organization.

Cultural Fit:

• Experience in a similar corporate environment is moderately important.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish language is required.

Additional Requirements:

• A car driving license and the ability to transport between sites is mandatory.
• A C-license for driving heavy trucks is an advantage.
