MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems projects in our diverse portfolio. This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective MEP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and control work activities for construction, operations, and maintenance of residential and commercial projects.
• Participate in planning, design, and evaluation of new construction and renovation projects.
• Develop and implement execution plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials on-site.
• Ensure completion of all project deliverables, including O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress, safety, and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in residential and commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant codes and regulations.
