Full-Stack Developer( .NET + Angular+ Databricks)

This project focuses on enhancing internal systems within the healthcare industry to improve operational efficiency and service quality across multiple partner organizations. The scope includes modernizing legacy processes, building scalable and maintainable solutions, and fostering a strong culture of engineering excellence. A key aspect of the project is the adoption of pair programming and collaborative development practices to ensure high-quality code, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing among team members. Guided by agile principles and a commitment to continuous improvement, the project aims to deliver impactful, long-term value to healthcare operations through technology-driven innovation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables
• Identify, address, and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions
• Optimize and enhance file processing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement
  
  
  

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong expertise in backend development in C# (.NET, MVC)
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular
