Role Overview

We are looking for a Security Engineer (2–5 years of experience) to join our consultant team. You will work on various missions with our clients, contributing to the design, implementation, and support of secure infrastructures (cloud & on-premises). This role is ideal for someone passionate about network, server, and security engineering, who wants to grow into DevSecOps practices and cybersecurity consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructures with a strong focus on security.
• Support and improve Active Directory and Azure AD environments (IAM, RBAC, conditional access).
• Participate in Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects (CyberArk, Wallix, or similar).
• Contribute to DevSecOps practices: automation, CI/CD pipeline security, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Deploy and operate cloud security solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Assist in incident response, vulnerability management, and monitoring.
• Document designs, procedures, and best practices for clients.
• Collaborate with client teams and FuturWork experts to deliver secure, efficient, and modern solutions.

Skills & Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Security, Infrastructure, or Network Engineering.
• Good knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and identity & access management.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, Wallix, or equivalent).
• Interest or first experience in DevSecOps, automation, IaC (Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud environments (Azure mandatory, AWS/GCP nice to have).
• Strong communication skills in French/English or Dutch/English.
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a senior consultant role.
