Job description: We're looking for engineering talent to support modernization and expansion projects at Germanium production facilities in Olen. As part of Electrical-Optical Materials (EOM) business unit, you'll help drive innovation in materials that power satellites, enable night vision, and support cutting-edge electronics.

What you'll do:

• As part of Project Engineering team, you’ll lead technical industrial projects from concept to completion—across production, infrastructure, and R&D.
• Defining project scope, deliverables, budget, and timelines.
• Assembling and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Overseeing technical design and preparing tender documents.
• Selecting and managing contractors and engineering firms.
• Monitoring resources and ensuring project execution.
• Maintaining client communication and managing scope changes.
• Reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring:

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in industrial project management.
• Proven track record of leading technical projects for at least 3 years.
• Broad technical knowledge across mechanics, electricity, piping, civil works.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic, helicopter view.
• Familiarity with electromechanics and chemistry.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Language:

• Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English.
