About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a fixed-term assignment of 3 months to lead the planning, management, and delivery of complex, cross-functional, and interdependent projects at a global scale. This role requires strong leadership in change management, project governance, and collaboration across international and multicultural teams. You will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of best practices in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional, or interdependent projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation to support execution and reporting.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Promote best practices in project and change management.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with international and multicultural teams across time zones.
• Build trust, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Change & Organizational Development

• Support change initiatives in federated (decentralized) organizations.
• Advise on process improvements and apply insights from research and global practices.
• Manage resources and adapt deliverables in fast-changing environments.

Leadership & Supervision

• Provide strong organizational and supervisory support to project teams.
• Motivate, resolve conflicts, and adapt leadership styles to diverse situations.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of recent professional experience in program/project planning, management, and delivery of complex projects at global or international levels.
• Proven track record in writing project plans and project-related documentation.
• Experience in workshop facilitation, stakeholder presentations, and managing change in decentralized environments.
• Professional qualification or certification in project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile SCRUM).
