Job: IT Support Technician (Apple)
Location: Dublin 22 (Onsite)
Type: Contract/Temp
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate: €14-15 per hour
Start date: Immediate
A great opportunity is now available for a talented and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join the Apple Practice. Working with an experienced team of Apple engineers you’ll use your experience managing Mobile Devices with Intune to deliver world class solutions to our enterprise customers.
As an Engineer, you will engage directly with one of our prestigious customers and work with the Apple Practice engineers to manage all aspects of their mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
Managing all customers mobile devices, including fault finding and repair/replacement as required. You will work closely with the companies IT staff to ensure a high level of service for end users based around Ireland and the UK. You will utilising MDM solutions to ensure devices are secure and compliant while maintaining end user experiences. Other duties include the like of Lifecycle management of mobile devices
Required Skills and Professional Experience
- Solid knowledge of Apple and Android mobile device repair and support.
- Ideally some experience using Intune for mobile device management
- Networking/server knowledge would also be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively within a team of other engineers
- Ideally exposure of managing Apple on a large scale (any scale will be fine)
- Able to work under pressure with proven time management
- Attention to detail with documentation and representing your employer to the highest standard
