Agile Coach

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master (10+ years) to join one of the top players in the financial sector! You’ll be part of a high-performing agile environment focused on value delivery, coaching, and continuous improvement.

📍Galway-based | Hybrid (3 weeks WFH, 1 week in-office per month)

📅 1year contract opportunity

👉 Stamp 4 visa or EU passport required

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain backlog
• Manage blockers, risks, dependencies, and release plans
• Drive team performance using metrics and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery
• Mentor and coach squads to improve agile maturity

Skills & Experience

• Proven Scrum Master experience in software development teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
• Strong knowledge of agile practices and delivery management
• Advanced Jira expertise and familiarity with agile tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
