GRAPHIC DESIGNER APPAREL

As a Graphic Designer Apparel, you are responsible for designing innovative, trend, market- and brand-right graphics & all-over prints for seasonal collections.
The role is based in Warmond (nearby Leiden) and is part of our Product design team.
Key Accountabilities
Creates and develops original graphic designs for all product categories that are:
- Aligned with brand identity and target audience;
- Aligned with creative and product strategy as well as the divisional lineplan;
- Based on latest trend research and market performance information and latest and most efficient print techniques.
- Ideas and concepts are worked out correctly; and in a clear consistent matter;
- The creative direction of the brand is consistently implemented and designed;
- Visual alignment and storytelling of the brand O’Neill is ensured.
- Latest information is updated and available;
- The internal work structure and flow is optimized.
- Educational level: HBO or Bachelor degree on Graphic Design, Apparel or similar
- At least 2-4 years experience in Apparel and/or Sportswear industry;
- Advanced user of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, MSOffice Word/Excel/Power point, Product database system;
- Excellent verbal/presentation and written language skills in English;
- Proven track record with relevant portfolio;
- A team player with a curious, innovative and positive mindset.
