We need a IT Solution Analyst for one of Belgium's leading companies. Excellent project, visible role and good rates: 

We are looking for the following experience: 

Development: You are the architect of the more than 200 EUCs (End-User Computing) that underpin our daily operations. In collaboration with the team, you are responsible for their development, reengineering, and maintenance, thus ensuring optimal operation.

Consultation and Recommendations: In close collaboration with the Business Analysts, you play a central role in providing advice on possible solutions to meet the changing needs of our company. Your expertise will guide strategic choices.

Business Mastery: Thanks to your practical knowledge and expertise and with the help of training, you are able to identify possible ambiguities and gaps in the requirements, thus contributing to the improvement of solutions.

Project Management and Estimations: You provide accurate workload estimates to meet adaptation requests, and collaborate with stakeholders to effectively plan the implementation.

Quality Assurance: You ensure high-quality development by performing thorough testing on your own EUC adaptations, contributing to an excellent user experience.

Technical Documentation: You play a vital role in maintaining complete and up-to-date technical documentation, allowing a clear understanding of the solutions implemented.

Ad Hoc Reporting: When needed, you will participate in the preparation of specific reports, providing significant input to the company's strategic decisions.

Ongoing Support and Optimization: You are a pillar of the team, ensuring the smooth running of recurring tasks and always seeking to optimize them for greater efficiency.

Your skills

• You have good experience in designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions.

• You have advanced skills in tools such as Power BI and other similar solutions.

• You have knowledge in:

o Visual Studio SSIS

o SQL Server

o VBA

o C#

o Azure Cloudification

• You have a critical attitude and the ability to solve complex problems.

• You have good project management skills.

• You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

• You are comfortable with technical documentation.

• Knowledge of the Life insurance sector is an asset.

• You speak FR and/or NL and have a good knowledge of the other language, knowledge of English is considered a plus.
