Your new role

This is a strategic, non-IT Project Manager role focused on organisational change and operational improvement.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will:

• Design and implement LIV's first Project Management Framework, including tools, templates, and processes that balance control with efficiency.
• Champion PMO capability across the organisation through training, coaching, and support.
• Lead project prioritisation and reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Directly manage key projects, while supporting others through guidance and oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned and staying abreast of best practices.
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a confident and collaborative leader with:

• Proven experience in creating a Project Management Framework
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• A passion for building frameworks and driving organisational maturity around project management
