We are a fast-growing U.S.-based Marketing Agency with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team based in Argentina. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your experience by working with both U.S.-based and Argentina-based team members on innovative digital marketing projects.
As a Creative Project Manager for our Creative Team, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of creative projects. You will work closely with Senior Marketing Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, and Developers to ensure seamless project delivery, from concept to final execution. Your focus will be on managing creative workflows, ensuring the timely completion of creative deliverables, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on project management, and a passion for overseeing the creative process.
A great candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to ensure that creative projects are completed efficiently and exceed client expectations. You will be the hub that connects multiple team members, ensuring that creative assets are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Manage Creative Workflow: Oversee the day-to-day management of creative projects, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Teams: Work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and other team members to ensure that creative assets (landing pages, emails, videos, etc.) are delivered on time and to specification.
- Project Management: Own and maintain the project management software (ClickUp) to manage all creative tasks and processes. Ensure smooth movement of creative projects through internal processes, and proactively address any obstacles.
- Collaboration with Account Strategists: Assist in the creation and allocation of creative assets. Manage task creation, monitoring, follow-up, and execution with the Account Strategist.
- Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate work products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and adhere to the brand guidelines and client specifications.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Project Manager Team Lead to establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring creative tasks.
- Client Communication: Communicate client needs and feedback effectively with the creative team, ensuring that all adjustments are made to meet the client's business objectives.
- Team Support: Provide support to colleagues and assist when necessary to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Continuous Learning: Understand the business and audience needs of clients to ensure creative solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 2-5 years of experience or education equivalent in Marketing (or related field)
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and cross-functional departments
- Proficiency in project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and online tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
