C# Software Team Lead

European Tech Recruit are working closely with an exciting SaaS company, based in the Munich, who are looking for a talented C# Software Team Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities as C# Software Team Lead:

• You have a passion for building great SaaS products with state of the art technology, AI & a smart architecture
• Lead the R&D team.
• Take architectural decisions and choose strategic technologies together with your team.
• Use AI services & technologies to realize valuable use cases.
• Shape and improve the SaaS product by adding new features, fixing bugs and refactoring legacy code at a high velocity with your team.
• Contribute your ideas to the analysis of requirements and conception of new solutions.
• Write code you are proud of.
• Work and learn within an agile scrum team setting.
• You closely cooperate with the Product Management to make sure that the product strategy is realized in the form of a winning SaaS product.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in software development: 5 years.
• Minimum leadership experience: 2 years.
• Experience in the development of SaaS Software applications.
• Experience with the use of AI in combination with business data / for business purposes.
• Leadership mindset and ambitions.
• Good skills and experience with C# / .Net, Relational Databases, SQL.
• High level of independence and good self-organization.
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Experience with agile, SCRUM based Software Engineering processes.
• Fluent German & English language.
• Profound completed education in the field of IT/software development as an advantage.
• Experience with Angular as an advantage.
• Experience with Azure DevOps as an advantage.
