Ovyo is a B2B services company providing flexible Engineering team & talent services to the streaming (video/media), space, satellite and comms industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of a pace & satellite project, with a focus on their security requirements.
• Guarantee full compliance with all applicable domestic and global security standards for handling confidential and sensitive data.
• Work closely with technical, security, and regulatory teams to embed cybersecurity, physical safeguards, and data protection protocols into system architecture and operational processes.
• Create, track, and refine project timelines, financial plans, and resource schedules.
• Identify potential risks, particularly those related to security, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Deliver consistent updates on project progress and compliance status to executive leadership and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a comparable discipline.
• Established track record as a Project Manager within either aerospace, defense, or secure telecommunications industries.
• In-depth understanding of security protocols, handling of sensitive data, and compliance frameworks.
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or similar project management certifications.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Active security clearance at a Secret level or equivalent.

BONUS

• Knowledge of satellite system design, secure communication technologies, or ground segment operations.
