🚀 We’re hiring an Implementation Project Manager at FERO
At FERO, we’re reinventing checkout for eCommerce. Our Smart Checkout adapts in real time to each shopper, boosting conversion and revenue for merchants across Europe. We’re growing fast, and we’re now looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team.
This role will sit at the heart of our product, acting as the quarterback between sales, technology, and our customers. You’ll make sure merchants go live smoothly, confidently, and on time — and you’ll help us scale our onboarding into a world-class process.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end implementation of FERO’s Smart Checkout for new merchants.
- Act as the project manager across multiple onboarding projects at once.
- Coordinate between sales, product, and tech teams to keep integrations on track.
- Be the trusted point of contact for merchants, making the process seamless and building confidence.
- Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and help shape our onboarding playbook as we scale.
What we’re looking for
- Strong project management skills — you know how to juggle multiple projects and deliver reliably.
- Experience in a tech, SaaS, startup or scale-up environment.
- Personable, customer-facing, and able to instill trust.
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup.
- Payments or eCommerce experience is a plus, but not a must-have.
