We’re looking for a Senior Data & AI Consultant to join a world-leading consultancy and help shape the future of data-driven transformation.

Your Impact

As a trusted advisor, you will lead and deliver data, analytics, and AI projects that drive innovation and sustainable growth for clients across industries. From strategy and solution design to implementation and change management, you’ll play a key role in helping organizations harness the power of Data & AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored Data & AI solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including opportunity assessments, business cases, and proposals.
• Design and implement scalable data & AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive change management initiatives, enabling a true data-driven culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, AI, Information Management, or anything related/similar.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory and professional proficiency in English
• 5+ years’ experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong focus on Data, Analytics, and AI.
• Strong project management and business analysis background.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and apply frameworks such as design thinking, agile, and ADKAR.
• Hands-on exposure to data visualization or AI tooling (Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, XAI) is a plus.
