Junior Project Manager (experienced in BSS systems or IoT solutions area)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Junior Project Manager (experienced in BSS systems or IoT solutions area).

Your Duties Will Include

• Plan and execute implementation and development projects in Smart BSS and IoT systems
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks of technology projects
• Collaborate with international clients at all project stages – from needs analysis to post-implementation support
• Analyze business and technical requirements and define the development direction of IoT/BSS systems
• Coordinate internal and external project teams, lead meetings, and oversee task execution
• Participate in R&D processes, co-create concepts for innovative services and functionalities
• Create and maintain project documentation according to established standards
• Report progress and project performance to internal and external stakeholders
• Support team quality, identify risks, and collaboratively resolve project issues
  
  

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Minimum 1,5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in an international environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMBOK, or hybrid approaches)
• Practical knowledge of BSS systems (Billing, CRM, Service Management) and/or IoT solutions
• Practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively
• Experience in collaborating with technical teams and end clients
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Excellent command of English and Polish (minimum C1) – mandatory
• Knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g., German or French) is a plus
• Logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
• Independence, initiative, responsibility, and commitment to project goals
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SCRUM Master, ITIL) are a plus
