About the Role:

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience for a full-time, salaried position. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining applications across the stack - from front-end interfaces to backend APIs.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. You’ll have flexible work hours and occasional interactions with clients or product owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, ship, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications
• Implement user interfaces using frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Ionic
• Develop backend functionality and APIs using Node.js, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Debug, troubleshoot, and investigate bugs and performance issues
• Review pull requests, write clean and maintainable code
• Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices

You Should Have:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack or backend development
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and one or more front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Ionic)
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL or other databases architectures
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows, and deployment practices
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Must be located in Canada and legally eligible to work full time

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, or Redis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Heroku
• Previous work in an agency or startup environment
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and SDKs
• Comfort participating in client calls or demos periodically
