We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend-Focused) who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and make an impact from day one. From day one you'll be working alongside a small, collaborative team, then you'll be able to take full ownership of your own projects as you gain experience.

• Build and maintain backend systems using Nest.js, Node.js, or Django
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases
• Turn Figma designs into clean, functional frontends using Vue, Ionic, or React
• Contribute to architectural decisions that balance scalability and speed
• Collaborate through GitHub, Jira, and Notion
• Deploy to AWS and contribute to DevOps workflows
• Communicate clearly with teammates and eventually, with clients

• 3–5 years of full stack development experience
• Strong backend fundamentals and architectural thinking
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and cloud deployments
• Excellent communication, curiosity, and drive
• Eager to grow into a lead developer role
