Business Analyst - Junior

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.


Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our client.
 

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $21.67 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: onsite 2 days per week (subject to change)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours


Job Responsibilities: 

• Processing and tracking SOWs
• Invoice review, checking for variances
• Updating folders
• Internal and external communications
• Reading through agreements
• Note taking and documenting
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Working with SEMS and Procurement to ensure vendor onboarding procedures are followed
  

Experience & Qualification Requirements:  

• Excellent communication skills
• Administrative experience
• Detail oriented (including during repetitive tasks)
• MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint)
• Comfortable working under tight timelines
• Initiative and motivation
• Nice to have Business operations and banking/finance experience
