Web3 Growth Hacker

Our client is a blockchain-based platform specializing in Web3 & AI solutions. They have gained recognition for their innovative approach to optimizing and facilitating recruitment process utilizing AI solutions.

As a Web3 Growth Hacker (remote), you will be key in driving user acquisition and engagement.

You will develop and execute growth strategies, optimize user acquisition funnels, and leverage data-driven insights to expand the platform’s user base. Your role will involve close collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned with technical capabilities and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in growth or a similar role

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the overall Web3 ecosystem

• Proficient in developing growth strategy for Telegram and X communities

• Excellent communication skills and passionate about the potential of Web3!
