Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design system across applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with AI services, chatbots, and conversational interfaces.
• Implement real-time features for banking transactions and wealth management dashboards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional React components.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance with financial industry regulations.
• Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and Azure services.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Implement automated testing for frontend components and user interactions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of frontend development experience, with 2+ years in React.js.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS.
• Experience with state management: Redux, Context API, Zustand, React Query.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Styled Components, CSS Modules.
• Experience with REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with build tools: Webpack, Vite, Create React App, npm/yarn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Storybook.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, Chrome DevTools, VS Code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with conversational UI patterns and chatbot interfaces.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts).
• Experience with progressive web applications (PWA).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Strong exposure to automated testing frameworks.
