Hays Property is working in partnership with an ambitious and rapidly expanding property advisory and project delivery firm with a strong client base with coverage across commercial, retail, health, education and government sectors. Working with a particular focus on project and programme management, they work with a number of major clients delivering new build or fit-out projects. With an extremely healthy project pipeline, they are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Your new role
You will develop the project programmes, manage the design process, coordinate the procurement of consultants and contractors, source for the project teams and be the main point of contact for all progress reports in terms of deadline and project budgets. Client and stakeholder management is key as you will communicate effectively with the client throughout the duration of the project, from preparation of the project scopes to final close. As the Project Manager, you will run multiple projects at any one time.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for people with strong delivery skills coupled with excellent stakeholder management and client relationship-building ability. Experience across a broad range of projects is beneficial and an ability to adapt and learn quickly. Key to your success will be your natural drive and motivation whilst being a team player amongst other high performers.
