As a Program Manager Junior, you’ll be expected to support one or more programs, within the KDN Delivery Network Portfolio (supporting Audit, Tax, Advisory etc). Will need to be focus on high quality and relationships building skills, creating planning steps and identifying the required resources for the project. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected and experience on project metrics and using tools to track data.


Experience

  • Recognized project management qualification
  • In-depth understanding of prevailing project management methods
  • Experience in large multinational or big 4 accounting firm (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
  • Strong written and spoken English and Spanish language knowledge is required
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information
  • Ability to operate successfully within and further cultivate an environment focused on customer satisfaction
  • Coaches and supports more junior team members to advance overall performance
  • Takes the initiative to develop skills and competencies that will lead to advancement of self and the team
  • Payroll Management experience
