Our Digital Solutions Department is a key logistical support service, responsible for the ICT infrastructure and applications that form the backbone of healthcare data exchange. We are embarking on an exciting transformation journey and are looking for a new Agile Project Manager to lead our high-performing team.

Your Mission:

You will be at the helm of a crucial middleware service, driving the delivery of secure data exchange between a major national institution and its external partners. You will guide our transition to upgraded platform architecture, champion Agile methodologies, and collaborate with a team of newly onboarded analysts and junior developers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Agile Excellence: Coach and mentor cross-functional, multi-supplier teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and all Agile rituals to ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive Delivery: Manage project roadmaps, budgets, and risks while ensuring quality through DevSecOps practices and robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical deliverables into strategic goals for business stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal clients and external partners.
• Champion Modernization: Lead the team's Agile transformation and drive the adoption of modern architecture and secure deployment practices.
• Empower Your Team: Manage and develop a diverse team with varying skill levels, from senior experts to junior developers.

What You Bring (The Essentials):

• Proven Agile & Project Management Skills:
• Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and coaching Agile teams.
• Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and roadmap planning.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards).
• Solid Technical & Architectural Understanding:
• Familiarity with .NET development, microservice communication (Azure Service Bus), and data orchestration.
• Awareness of OAuth2, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and principles of GDPR logging.
• Excellent Tooling & Monitoring Knowledge:
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Azure Monitor.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and secure deployment practices.
• Outstanding Soft Skills:
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Strong leadership skills to manage change, drive modernization, and inspire your team.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with public sector middleware and inter-institutional communication.
• Familiarity with external actors like CBSS, SAM, or MyCarenet.
• Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince II, SAFe Agilist, or AZ-900.
