Chief Technology Officer - AI SaaS - Up to €300K + Equity - Remote (Berlin/Amsterdam)

We’re on the hunt for a visionary Chief Technology Officer to join an ambitious, high-growth AI SaaS company looking to launch a variety of products to the market, leveraging AI and ML.

They are backed by top-tier investors and already generating strong ARR, we’re building cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that solve real-world problems for global enterprise clients. As we scale across Europe and the US, we're looking for a technology leader to drive product innovation and tech strategy at the C-level.

Aims of the Role-

As CTO, you’ll define and execute our technical roadmap, lead a high-performing engineering + data science team, and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align product development with business goals. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape not only the tech but also the culture of the company.

Responsibilities-

• Owning the technology vision and strategy
• Scaling the platform architecture to support global enterprise growth
• Leading and growing a world-class remote engineering + AI/ML team
• Driving innovation in our core AI models and SaaS infrastructure
• Partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver at speed
• Ensuring security, scalability, and performance across our stack

Requirements-

• Proven track record as a CTO or VP Engineering in a fast-scaling SaaS or AI startup
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture, ML/AI deployment, and DevOps best practices
• Passionate about building scalable and secure B2B platforms
• Experience growing and managing distributed tech teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Based in Berlin or willing to travel occasionally (the role is fully remote)
