We are seeking a Senior TechOps Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and scaling our enterprise-grade, multi-region Kubernetes (AWS EKS) environments. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and support highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure that underpins mission-critical workloads.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, maintain, and scale Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS) in production.
• Build and deploy Docker images and Helm charts for microservices-based applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting with Datadog, CloudWatch, and Splunk.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, and performant applications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, promoting DevOps best practices across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
• Strong Kubernetes/EKS expertise (deployment, scaling, and cluster management).
• Proficiency with Jenkins (pipeline creation/maintenance).
• Experience with Docker, Helm, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Terraform, and Python (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
