We are seeking a Senior TechOps Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and scaling our enterprise-grade, multi-region Kubernetes (AWS EKS) environments. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and support highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure that underpins mission-critical workloads.

What You’ll Do
- Manage, maintain, and scale Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS) in production.
- Build and deploy Docker images and Helm charts for microservices-based applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting with Datadog, CloudWatch, and Splunk.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, and performant applications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship, promoting DevOps best practices across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
- Strong Kubernetes/EKS expertise (deployment, scaling, and cluster management).
- Proficiency with Jenkins (pipeline creation/maintenance).
- Experience with Docker, Helm, and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Terraform, and Python (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
Galway, 12 month rolling contract
