Site Reliability Engineer

Role: SRE / BizOps Engineer

Location: Ireland-based – 100% Remote- Candidate should be based in Ireland

Contract: 12 months- Possible to become permanent

One of our clients in Ireland is seeking a Business Operations Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their BizOps team. The BizOps organization plays a key role as the production readiness steward for their products.

Experience Required: 2–4 years in relevant skills

Key Skills: Salesforce, SRE, CI/CD, ITSM, Workbench, ALM, Automation, Monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Apply an SRE mindset with a focus on automation and monitoring.
• Perform Salesforce administration activities and case resolution.
• Set up and manage automation and monitoring tools.
• Support and participate in audits.
• Manage ALM and ITSM data quality.
• Execute changes, prepare RCA documentation, and handle service requests.
• Investigate problems and drive resolutions.
