Job Description
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in a major DP World program, contributing to DP World Europe’s vision of becoming a leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider for all cargo owners by leveraging the full potential of our assets.
You will be working across all four Execution Drivers — Geography & Industry Growth, E2E Value Proposition, Maximizing Value from Existing Assets, and Winning on Sustainability — supporting various departments and teams. You will guide the teams, provide governance support, and help connect different business units and organizational pillars
The Project Manager is accountable for successfully launching the respective initiative on time and within budget.

The Project Manager is accountable for successfully launching the respective initiative on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery, in conjunction with Sponsors and Captains, of assigned Initiatives/Projects in either Design or Execution (Delivery) as part of the overall program in DP World Europe
- Responsible for the Monitoring, Tracking, Reporting and Communication of the respective initiatives as part of the Central Team
- Build and Manage Stakeholder Relationships which should be coordinated, managed, and aligned on an ongoing basis – primarily in region
- Coordinate with Consultant Partners, the day-to-day execution of the program including preparing and presenting at, Central Team Meetings and Initiative Meetings. Driving proactive issue resolution, escalating where necessary
- Mentor the Project Teams (Initiative Captains, Financial Counterparts) to trouble shoot, problem solve, resolution of issues, escalating where necessary
- Monitor Program and Resource requirements to proactively manage potential resource constraints in delivery of the Program.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project and program management
- A qualification in the logistics or supply chain domain is highly desirable
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
- Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, based on business needs
