About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the technology team in Geneva, supporting cutting-edge initiatives in the financial services sector. In this role, you will help design and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure that powers mission-critical trading, banking, and risk management applications. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of platforms that operate in highly regulated environments.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable, and compliant software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using modern IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure regulatory and security compliance.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response for business-critical applications.
  • Drive automation and standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements through proper documentation and controls.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, ideally in financial services, banking, or fintech.
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Solid scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
