Our mission is to deliver unforgettable moments for our clients while maintaining the highest professional standards across our operations.We are looking for a Human Resources & Operations Coordinator to join our team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and the efficient management of our people.ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesActively source, recruit, and select new team members across all departments.Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, training, and exit procedures.Ensure staff are properly inducted with uniforms, tools, and company procedures.Keep accurate records of holidays, absences, and compliance with company policies.Act as the first point of contact for staff-related issues, ensuring fair and timely resolution.Drive employee engagement and uphold a positive, professional workplace culture.Operations CoordinationConduct daily operational checks across all departments (events, admin, horses, grounds, front desk, cleaning/catering).

Ensure staff are fulfilling their duties and adhering to company standards.Assist management with scheduling, logistics, and staff planning for daily operations and events.Uphold company rules and discipline, ensuring compliance at all times.Report directly to management on operational efficiency, issues, and improvements.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Business Administration.Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong leadership skills.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish (written & verbal).

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive staff issues discreetly.Full, clean driver's license (essential due to location and operational needs).

Proficiency with HR and administrative systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HR software).
