About This Role

As an Associate Project Manager within the Tech VOIS Romania PM team, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of one or more standardised projects. This role involves managing software and hardware integration initiatives across an international matrix environment, collaborating with teams from Group Technology and global Operating Companies (OpCos). You will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products that meet business expectations, while adhering to governance and quality standards.

You bring a structured approach to delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across international teams. You are committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

What you will do

  • Lead all aspects of software and hardware integration project management, including scope definition, detailed planning, and team coordination
  • Build and manage international matrix teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure compliance with project management governance processes and demonstrate best practices throughout
  • Provide accurate progress reporting and manage risks and issues with timely escalation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery model


What Skills You Need

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Experience managing standardised projects across the full lifecycle of product development
  • Background in project management within international matrix environments
  • Certifications in Prince2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe
  • Degree-level education
