About This Role
As an Associate Project Manager within the Tech VOIS Romania PM team, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of one or more standardised projects. This role involves managing software and hardware integration initiatives across an international matrix environment, collaborating with teams from Group Technology and global Operating Companies (OpCos). You will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products that meet business expectations, while adhering to governance and quality standards.

What you will do
- Lead all aspects of software and hardware integration project management, including scope definition, detailed planning, and team coordination
- Build and manage international matrix teams to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with project management governance processes and demonstrate best practices throughout
- Provide accurate progress reporting and manage risks and issues with timely escalation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery model
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification
- Experience managing standardised projects across the full lifecycle of product development
- Background in project management within international matrix environments
- Certifications in Prince2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe
- Degree-level education
- Enhanced project management techniques in a global, agile environment
- Exposure to software and hardware integration practices
- Improved stakeholder engagement strategies across diverse teams
