Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment inquiries, providing guidance to hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar, blue-collar, and factory positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for multiple positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, including job boards and social media, to attract top talent.
- Perform accurate data entry related to recruitment processes, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and complete.
- Maintain data quality by regularly auditing recruitment records and ensuring compliance with data management protocols.
- Generate and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting in HR projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (related field preferred)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Residing in Bursa
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar roles in industrial environment
