Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment inquiries, providing guidance to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar, blue-collar, and factory positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for multiple positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms, including job boards and social media, to attract top talent.
  • Perform accurate data entry related to recruitment processes, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and complete.
  • Maintain data quality by regularly auditing recruitment records and ensuring compliance with data management protocols.
  • Generate and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and facilitating new hire orientations.
  • Support the HR department with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting in HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (related field preferred)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Residing in Bursa
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar roles in industrial environment
