About the role

We're looking for a Scientific Business Analyst for Pharma Technical Development (PTD) and Research to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with team members and stakeholders globally, primarily in the US Western coast, Switzerland, Germany, Canada and Poland
• Collect requirements from scientists and other business team members
• Provide the requirements documentation and support to the software development team
• Serve as a first line of support to the users in the laboratories
• Facilitate and conduct large group meetings

What we are looking for:

• Biology/Biotechnology knowledge: experience in Molecular Biology, Protein Science, Cellular Biology or a related field
• At least 5-years of experience of requirements gathering, backlog management & feature design.
• Practical knowledge in scope of business analysis area for IT solutions
• Good understanding of agile software development processes and principles
• Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with UX specialists
• Fluent English in speech and writing
• Ability to work in CET & PST time zone (afternoon & evening meetings)
• Available for travel when needed, typically annually at most for international travel
