The Work
Join us in shaping the future of IT Service Management! You will have the opportunity to perform independently in a role of Application Manager, providing technical oversight, compliance assurance, and strategic alignment for the application under your supervision. You will be the connection between application business users and development and maintenance teams, in order to ensure important aspects of quality of your application:
- Operation and performance of assigned applications, ensuring they meet availability, stability, and security standards
- Managing incident, problem, and change processes, including escalations and coordination across interfacing systems
- Identification and assessment of risks, implementation of mitigation measures, and reporting on risk status.
- Ensuring compliance with internal rules, corporate guidelines, and legal regulations (e.g., data protection) throughout the application lifecycle
- Development and maintenance of data protection and security concepts, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Access control, configuration management, and software development processes to ensure compliance.
- Tracking of performance metrics and generation of reports for stakeholders.
- Maintenance of accurate application configuration data
- Utilization of industry knowledge to provide insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on impactful initiatives that enhance IT Service Management capabilities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.

- Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
- Technical expertise in application architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Strategic thinking to align applications with business goals.
- Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and user support.
- Advanced proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Intermediate proficiency in Security Compliance Client Data Protection (CDP).
- Practical knowledge of working in Agile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field of studies.
- Project management experience,
- Scrum Master experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Proficiency in Project Management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Risk Assessment.
