CRM Architect

As a CRM Architect at Vipps MobilePay, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing our customer relationship management and marketing technology. Our CRM & Martech team is committed to developing state-of-the-art solutions that streamline processes, enhance customer engagement, and support our business strategies. Your role will be crucial in shaping our Salesforce ecosystem and driving innovation within the team.

What will you be doing?

As an architect, you will be the mastermind behind our Salesforce CRM solution, driving the design and implementation of our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, within a dedicated CRM Experience team across our Oslo and Copenhagen offices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce platform is robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives. Your expertise will be pivotal in transforming business requirements into innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience throughout every stage of the lifecycle - from initial interactions to onboarding and offboarding.

You will be part of our CRM & Martech team that consists of 10 highly skilled people across Oslo, Helsinki and Copenhagen. Expect to have fun whilst working and a chance to travel to other locations.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop high-quality architecture solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Lead the technical direction and implementation of projects, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Guide other team members, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to in both Salesforce configuration and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Work with tech leads to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, leveraging your knowledge of APIs and third-party applications (eg. our Azure Databricks platform).
• Ensure data quality and implement data management best practices within Salesforce.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, incorporating them into our roadmap.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for candidates with solid backgrounds from companies using Salesforce as their CRM. Other requirements that might describe you:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a proven track record of successfully delivering and implementing complex Salesforce projects.
• Preferably a Salesforce Architect certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration capabilities.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SFDX and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, data migration, and best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Keen interest in new technologies and enjoy learning new skills and sharing them with your peers.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Norwegian and/or Danish is a plus.
