WasteHero is modernizing municipal waste management across Finland. We are partnering with five of the country’s largest waste companies — representing over 2 million citizens — to deliver a next-generation SaaS platform that brings efficiency, transparency, and long-term sustainability to critical public services.

To strengthen our Finnish delivery team, we are hiring a Senior Project Manager. This is a remote-first role with flexibility, while joining key steering meetings and customer workshops on-site when needed. You will be central in ensuring our multi-company programme runs with the structure, discipline, and transparency that boards and project teams can trust.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Orchestrate delivery: Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies across migrations and integrations.
• Drive clarity: Manage risk, issue, and decision logs with precision, keeping projects fully transparent and auditable.
• Secure acceptance: Ensure deliverables are signed off within deadlines, applying clear acceptance rules that keep progress predictable.
• Coordinate execution: Work closely with Finnish delivery leads, engineers, and our HQ team in Denmark to keep delivery on track.
• Support governance: Prepare accurate reporting packs and documentation for steering groups and boards.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 7+ years’ experience managing complex IT/ERP/data projects in Finland.
• Proven track record in public-sector or consortium projects (multi-stakeholder governance).
• Strong documentation and organisational skills (plans, logs, acceptance control).
• Understanding of data migrations, integrations, or ERP deliveries.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Mindset: structured, reliable, detail-focused — trusted equally by executives, boards, and delivery teams.
