Business Analyst

We’re searching for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our clients team on an exciting new project. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our business processes, working closely with both our project team and our client. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a knack for building strong relationships, and a proven track record of translating complex needs into clear requirements, we want to hear from you.

2 days per week onsite as a requirement in Dublin City.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
• Capture and translate detailed business requirements into comprehensive features and user stories.
• Develop high-quality documentation for current and future business processes, including detailed process workflows.
• Act as a bridge between the client and our project team, ensuring clear communication and breaking down any barriers.
• Work proactively to anticipate issues and bottlenecks, using critical thinking to develop solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders and team members.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and independent decision-making, especially when handling confidential information.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and being flexible in a dynamic environment.
