- Personal Data Protection Office is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. Its main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNPP Portugal. The department is also responsible for delivering regulatory reports.
- Prepare notes and synthesis documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls
- Use different tools to collect and analyse data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
- Ensure data input and quality check
- Identify actions to resolve identified discrepancies
- Ability to report progress, risks and issues to the Management
- Analyse the existing processes in place and propose action plans to improve
- Liaise and interact with the several stakeholders on a daily basis
- Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated procedures and SOPs updates
- Collect/ treat/ consolidate data and information linked to the activities
- Contribute to the organization set-up and support governance formalization
- Contribute actively to the team activities and dynamics with positive attitude
- Strong contribution to the Transversal projects within the Department
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Law or any similar areas
- Advanced level of English fluency, both oral and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Great verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines, Polyvalent, Flexible and able to adapt
