• Troubleshooting local network issues (LAN/SDWAN/Wi-Fi).
• Supporting local infrastructure (switches, routers, access points).
• Assisting users with network-related problems.
• Monitoring network performance and escalating issues.
• Maintaining inventory of network devices.
• Coordinating with central IT/network teams.
• Documenting incidents and resolutions.
• Network H&F Support

Mandatory skills : LAN/SDWAN/Wi-Fi, Network LCM
