Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of a major construction project in the Dublin region. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor progress, quality, and cost control across all phases of the project.
- Provide leadership and direction to site teams and junior staff.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7+ years' experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with a Tier One contractor.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in one or more of the following sectors: residential, commercial, industrial, or healthcare.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to work across Dublin-based sites.
