Your new company is a renowned public sector organisation located in the Hills District.
Your new role
As an HR Officer, you will be supporting the People and Culture team with duties including, but not limited to:
- Assisting the end to end recruitment function and coordination.
- Providing advice on HR policies and procedures, as well as legislative changes.
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of all HR documentation, HRIS, and ensuring such documentation is properly administered and communicated.
- Assisting in developing, reviewing, updating and implementing Human Resource system documentation, including intranet and internet content.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a similar HR and Recruitment coordination role.
- Similar experience in a public sector organisation will be highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
