Marketing Assistant / Intern Support

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is a digital marketing agency based in New York that specializes in helping B2B clients, including media publishers, membership organizations, event organizers, and nonprofits, reach their target audiences effectively. Currently is hiring a Marketing Assistant / Intern Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support

• Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across email and digital platforms.
• Leverage AI tools and internal templates to draft, QA, and optimize campaign copy.
• Help build basic landing pages and confirmation emails for review.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to make sure creative assets are approved and delivered on time.

Audience & Data Work

• Build and manage contact lists using internal tools and provided targeting criteria.
• Format, validate, and clean data files to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign goals.
• Learn how we use different tools to manage audience targeting and list uploads.

Qualifications:

• Digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, email, campaigns, analytics)
• Lead generation (online channels, campaign data, prospecting)
• Data-driven approach to marketing and business operations
• Database management (updating, cleaning, maintaining lead files)
• Strong MS Excel skills (data entry, analysis, reporting)
