At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Application Support Engineer to join our UniQue Luxembourg team

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Handle production incident tickets.
  • Ensure the follow-up of incident management documentation.
  • Continuously update and improve resolution procedures.
  • Respond to requests from internal users (via email and by phone).
  • Actively participate in support during peak periods.
  • Continuously improve and industrialize routine processes in order to take on increasingly complex support tasks over time


Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in Application Support or a similar role.
  • Solid experience in ticket management and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience supporting users via email and phone.
  • Proven ability to maintain and update technical and procedural documentation.
  • Technical skills: beginner-level experience (1-3 years) in PL/SQL, PowerShell scripting, SQL, and Unix; familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.
  • Fluency in French (Full professional proficiency) and English (Professional proficiency) both written and spoken are mandatory.
