DevOps Engineer

Role Description:

Experience in design, implement, manage Atlassian tool stacks ( Primarly Bamboo , Bitbucket and JIRA) Excellent administration experience in Bamboo, create build plans, migrate build plans etc

Experience in administration, performance tuning, maintenance, upgrade, high availability and enhancements to Bamboo, Bitbucket , JIRA and integrations with other tools or plugins

Experience on docker and application deployment on Kubernetes clusters Ability to install and manage Bamboo Applications on server containers kubernets clusters

Experience on docker and application deployment on Kubernetes clusters

Experience in migrating Application from Onpremise to Cloud Kubernetes platform

Experience in maintaining application health, monitoring application server health and take preventive actions Automating operations task using Ansible and experience on CICD toolsets

Experience with Linux OS and shell scripting

Experience in delivering ITIL domain Configuration Management DevOps Agile environment

Provide development planning for entire team to ensure that best practice design, implementation and operations practices are used Experience in Python programming is an added advantage Provide development planning for entire team to ensure that best practice design, implementation and operations practices are usedCommunication of the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders and ensuring alignment to the overall organisational priorities. Lead the platform tools team , owning and managing Atlassian tools stack , primarly Bamboo, JIRA and Bitbucket tools Working with project managers, delivery managers and engineering teams to determine the business value of proposed products and featuresProvide development planning for entire team to ensure that best practice design, implementation and operations practices are usedCommunication of the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders and ensuring alignment to the overall organisational priorities. Keeping knowledge of Atlassian tools up to date and actively sharing this knowledge with your teammates and other employees.
