🚀 Senior Fullstack GenAI Engineer – Stockholm

Are you a seasoned software engineer passionate about Generative AI and eager to shape a product from the ground up?

We’re working with a market-leading SaaS provider whose cloud-based platform is trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands. They are now making a major strategic investment into AI and are building a brand-new AI team in Stockholm.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the first senior hire in a newly established AI team, responsible for:

• Designing and driving the technical roadmap for AI adoption within the product.
• Building AI infrastructure and agentic workflows from scratch.
• Leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native tooling to integrate GenAI directly into a large-scale SaaS platform.
• Working closely with engineering leadership and product teams to deliver features that will transform how global users interact with the platform.
• Mentoring colleagues and setting best practices (no people management initially, but scope to step into a lead role as the team grows).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering background with experience building real-world products.
• Proven track record of implementing GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, prompt-based workflows, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, but strong Azure/GCP profiles considered).
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Python, or PHP.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor others.
