🎯 Job Description and General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields,
• Min. 5+ years of experience in a Devops System Engineer role,
• Monitor and manage the live operations of payment applications,
• Detect and resolve defects and performance issues,
• Anticipate and proactively address potential system problems,
• Ensure systems are monitored 24/7 and maintain SLA compliance,
• Collaborate effectively with other teams and business units,
• Provide recommendations for product improvements,
• Apply knowledge of CI/CD processes, Openshift, and Git,
• SQL and No SQL DB knowledge and good experience on performance analyze,
• Experience in performance optimization and defect detection,
• Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise (Plus),
• Understanding of CI/CD processes (Plus),
• Knowledge of Openshift and Git,
• Ability to adapt to on-call schedules,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
