We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Java Consultant to join our client’s growing team in Oslo. In this role, you will work on challenging and rewarding projects for well-known clients in both the private and public sectors. You will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions using modern Java technologies.

About the role:

As a consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical and business needs. You’ll be involved in everything from architecture and development to deployment and mentoring junior developers. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and shape the direction of complex projects.

You:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a developer, architect, or tech lead within Java or Kotlin
• Are curious, passionate about programming, and keep up with new technologies
• Have strong knowledge of container solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Understand and apply established patterns and best practices in system development
• Enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and communicating solutions clearly to both clients and colleagues
• Have good knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written (B2 level or higher)
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
