What you'll do

• Conduct operational research on industry campaigns, including competitor trends, market analysis, and other related topics, and assist the team in developing actionable campaign plans
• Support the Ops Manager with structure and planning, including streamlining processes for reporting, tracking, and post-mortem analysis
• Bring creativity and fresh ideas to content, and execution.

What you'll need

• Educational background: current undergraduate / graduate student or recent graduate; majors in Marketing, Communications, Economics or related fields preferred.
• Language requirements: fluent in English and at least one Southeast Asian language.
• Soft skills: strong interest in the Web3 industry.
