The Brazil Dispatch Ticket Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring service tickets for operations across Brazil. The role ensures timely assignment of tasks to field engineers, tracks job progress, and keeps clients and internal teams informed. This position requires excellent coordination, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and prioritize service tickets.

Assign jobs to field engineers or technicians.

Coordinate schedules for timely job completion.

Update ticket status and maintain accurate records.

Communicate progress with clients and internal teams.
